John did a great job for me. I'm in TN and my buyer was in AZ. John has great communication skills and made sure to get the docs back to me quickly. This was very last minute and he was very accommodating and got everything done and back to us quickly. I would highly recommend his services. I e-mailed John all of the information to get into contact with the client and he took it from there to confirm the time and everything. Our client was mailed some forms that needed notary work from an outside office with a carrier and we weren''t aware of what all was needed for John to notarize. Ended up being quite a bit of work for him, as there were about 30 pages to comb through and the clients wife wasn''t at the appointment, and it turned out she needed to sign as well. John took our client who does not drive and met the wife at her place of business and completed the notary work there. I would recommend John and also use his services again when needed.
