I sent Mr. Lino to handle a closing for a borrower in the morning. He was definitely in a rush and had a problem with the client looking at the mortgage documents. He said, "He doesn't have time for this" so my client asked him to leave. Not the best impression.

In this time of crisis(covid 19)it was very hard to find a notary that was available. I found Thomas on 123notary and I was glad I did! Time was limited and Thomas was very understanding and flexible. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a mobile notary service. Well worth the money!

Time is very precious, for so many of us and we struggle daily to resolve the many things life throws at us. For months, I was unable to get to a Notary, before their office hours had closed. I happened to have discovered Mr. Thomas, Lino, on a Saturday, after hours. He was able to provide me withe the flexibility that so many others did not have. In addition, he offered a child friendly environment, so my child was able to play while we worked on administrative matters. It is both a pleasure and and honor, for me to say he is a wonderful Notary Public, someone I fully recommend. He was professional, kind and family friendly; qualities that are often absent among so many other professionals.

Mr. Lino was very easy to find. He was extremely polite and helpful even with me arriving so late in the evening. His service was excellent. I will refer him to family and friends.
