Wendy was a pleasure to work with.

She waited on standby for several hours, while we waited for the documents to reach the client. Upon discovering that the documents would not be delivered that day, Wendy volunteered to drive back to her office, print out an e-mailed copy of the documents, take them to the client, and mail the documents back on the next business day. She did so in a timely fashion.

Throughout the process Wendy was easy to get a hold of, helpful, and curteous to myself and, more importantly, to the client.
