She was very nice she meant us on a last minute call and was very sweet.. Joan has been doing loan closings for us for over 7 years, everything from purchases to reverse mortgages. She is our number one go to notary in her area and she has done an amazing job for us, always willing to do what she has to do to get the job done, even those ugly last minute closings! I've been with a couple different title companies in the past 5 years and both companies have used her for everything in her covered areas. I understand people make mistakes but Joan, well, does not. We have never received a complaint and she has never told us no. If she can't do it she'll get someone that is very capable to handle it for you. She is truly a pleasure to work with. I have never had an issue with Joan during one of her closings and if there is a question, she does her best to resolve it while she's there. I have used Joan for many closings over the course of the last 8 years or so. She even has the capability of printing a few docs in her car. How awesome is that for last minute changes?!?!?!
