Cathy met me at the Ada County jail to have my son sign a Power of Attorney for one of his vehicles. We agreed to meet at the jail and she was 5 minutes early. She had my son sign the form, and was very pleasant throughout the entire time. I will use her again, if needed.

I sent a return label with the documents, placed it inside the envelope which was inside of a fedex envelope (so it was impossible for it to get lost on the way to the notary) and yet she said it wasn't there. So waste of my money there. I'm assuming it fell out when it was opened and they didn't notice or she didn't look very well. I never got the documents back.

The notary was also given important instructions on a piece of paper of what to do with the documents and what not to do but it's as though she didn't read the instructions properly because she did what she wasn't supposed to do with the documents. When asked about it she says she read it and also seemed a little bothered by it as she was quick to end the call (says she was in the middle of a signing, not sure if true or not. But if it is true then maybe don't answer the phone in the middle of a signing?) but regardless, she never called back like she said she would. Overall, very little to no communication efforts with me and not a very good job.

Cathy is both personable and very professional. She agreed to meet my wife and me the same day as we contacted her, even though it was a Saturday. She is clearly very experienced and understands all the details associated with document signing, witnessing, and notarizing. We have found our notary in Eagle.

I was looking for a mobile Notary and found Kathy at about 3:30 PM today. I called her and she was able to meet me at St Luke's by 4 PM. Talk about fast!!! She informed me to look for her light blue hoody sweatshirt and dark slacks so that I could find her in the lobby. Talk about simple. She was very pleasant and she talk care of all the notary business like a true professional. I''ll use and refer Kathy again!!

I used Cathy Sparks to help conduct an automobile sale from out of state. She guided me through the process of having my signature notarized in my home town (something I wouldn't have thought of), and met with the buyer in her home town of Boise and conducted the transaction on my behalf.
