Reached out to Ms. Smith for a notary appointment to have a document notarized due to someone telling me to use 123notary.com and she was listed as the first person. I called Ms. Smith to see if she was available in which she stated she was and she'd need about 30 minutes or some to get to me. I agreed to her meeting me at the ups store in 30 minutes. As I waited, I remembered my banking institution ALSO does notorization so I proceeded to head to the bank and as I was headed there I texted Ms. Smith and told her "my bank will notarize my bond. Thank you though." She then replied "Wow! I was at the light. Thanks for wasting my time and gas." In which I was taken aback by I comment I responded with "Ha. Very professional of you. God don't bless no mess, but you be blessed my love." Then she threatened me by stating, "Remember, you have to be approved by a probate judge to get your license. Don't make me call my good friend, Judge of Probate, Don Davis. Frantrice Caine" after I told her I was going to leave her a bad review. I do have all of these text messages as proof if need to be submitted. Now that I have been approved as a notary, I know exactly HOW NOT TO treat my clients. Shame on you!
