I can not speak more highly of Ms Cynthia Walls-Ortiz. She arrived on time, completely prepared and dressed appropriately as a business professional. She had previously reviewed the document (a durable power of attorney) via email and was courteous, considerate and always professional. She had to, not only travel to the location, but since it was a sub acute care facility during the COVID-19 pandemic, navigate these stressful circumstances as well!
