Tessa was supposed to do a notarization for me and I sent her all the documents and files via email and she wrote back asking what kind of notarization it was for because she had some questions. I wrote her back within a few minutes telling her that I am happy to answer any questions that she may have about the paperwork and signing and to give me a call when she gets a chance so we are not going back and forth via a bunch of text messages. It was the day before the signing and Tessa NEVER messaged me back, emailed me back or called me back. She displayed a blatant lack of professionalism to her client and put me and my company in a tight position because she also never canceled the notary appointment so I had to rush last minute to find another solution because she was completely unresponsive.

It''s unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review but I hope that no other client deals with what I had to go through with her. Most clients trust that when they hire a notary and the notary clearly agrees to the do the signing that their notary will, at the very least, communicate with them but clearly that has not been the case with Tessa whose lack of communication and poor responsiveness has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
