We have used Kina a few times for notarizations because she is fantastic, accommodating and will always meet us at our house when my husband and I can both be there. Excellent knowledge and attention to detail. She once questioned some issues with the paperwork but was able to resolve it quickly, explain the oversight and attached a separate page with her notary stamp. I feel she always looks out for our best interest and I feel we are in good hands when using her.

Kina came to our house to do our refinance closing this week and I was so impressed with her professionalism and organization. She was very efficient describing each document and walking us through the signing in about 30 minutes.
I would highly recommend using her for your loan signings. We couldn't have had a better person come to our home to help us.

I didn't know what to do about some papers that needed certified for overseas. I called this notary and she explained the Apostille process.
She came to my house that night and notarize the paper. She also brought a cover letter that needed to be sent in order to certify the paper. Kina walked me through the steps that were printed on the ladder and showed me where to send and what to include.
I'm really glad I called her because I had no clue where to start. She really made it easy for me and everything went smoothly.
