Lydia was amazing, I reached out to her last minute to help me get a Deed notarized and she was very prompt and helpful. So easy to communicate with. I will definitely be using her services again!

My firm hired Ms. Martinez to have some settlement documents signed by our client. Unfortunately, this wasn''t just a normal signing. It became clear that the nursing home our client stayed in was destroying the documents he signed and entrusted them to deliver. The woman in charge of the home doesn''t believe in lawsuits and refused to help our client. At this point, we hired Ms. Martinez to help us with a difficult situation. Ms. Martinez was not only successful in obtaining the signatures we required, but was truly kind to our client. If you are looking for a notary to hire in the area, you should absolutely give her a call. She was professional and kind hearted. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Martinez during my September month end. I texted Ms. Martinez late at 10 pm with a last-minute closing. She immediately called me back. I give her 5 stars for being prompt and available. I gave her the closing details for next day at 8:00 am and she accepted. The next day at 7:30 am I got confirmation that Ms. Martinez was at the closing location and had also conducted a property inspection. Shortly thereafter I got scanned back documents and was able to fund my loan on time. I must say I am overly impressed with her experience, her professionalism and how courteous she was. She communicated well at all levels and delivered 100%. I am looking forward to making Ms. Martinez my go to notary in the RGV area. Thank you, Ms. Martinez, for your contribution to my business as a notary! I am looking forward to a long-term relationship.

I would like to Thank Ms. Martinez for an incredible Job. I contacted Ms. Martinez at 10 pm the night before my closing. Ms. Martinez replied right away. She called and asked how she could help me. I explained the assignment and the fee, and she took off from there. The assignment was performed the next morning @ 8 am. She texted me from the property 30 min before the assignment. She performed an inspection and did the closing right after. Ms. Martinez scanned the closed documents and all the support info. She followed up to ensure receipt. Ms. Martinez deserves 5 stars for being available and for being so prompt. I am looking forward to using Ms. Martinez exclusively for all my assignments. Thank you for a professional job well done Lydia!

Very fast reliable service. My custodian had nothing but rave reviews for this notary and her courteous, knowledgeable, and professional demeanor. Will definitely use Lydia for all my signings in the area.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
