I was looking for a mobile notary online and had contacted several notaries. Felicia was the first one to respond to me and she was auick and very nice. She helped my grandmother who is immobile and took care of her documents. I will definetely use her again in future. She is quick responsive and will get the job done. Highly professional and handled communication with title company with ease!! She was extremely flexible with our ever changing closing date due to underwriting and never once complained. She was always available for questions and when she seen how busy our schedule was, she did everything possible to get our documents signed and delivered on time. Mrs. Teamer explained thoroughly, every document that was signed. She was willing to come to my job and waited patiently as I worked with my last students and staff. She is extremely knowledgeable and moved us through signing quickly and efficiently. This was by far the easiest part of buying our new home.
