Ms Dolley-Fitzgerald called to introduce herself and give the time to expect her. She was punctual and wore a mask in reponse to our being anxious as a result of "the virus." She was pleasant and kept a mask on to keep our minds at ease. She explained and answered EVERY concern we had. Her business visit resulted in a delightful housecall.
