From start to finish, Susan was very helpful in explaining and guiding me through the notary process. She is responsive and detail-oriented. This notary public is extremely courteous, helpful and professional. I had two transactions conducted by Susan, she always arrive on time. As I could not be present for a closing in the Midwest, my lender recommended Susan to notarize my closing documents. Susan was prompt, agreed to come to my home which had moving boxes all over, but made me feel completely at ease among the clutter that a long distance move entails. She was so personable, explained everything I was signing and as this was a new experience for me, answered all my questions. The RM mortgage is heavy with paperwork, some of it indecipherable for the average applicant. Susan guided us through the signing process (200+ pages!) with clear explanations throughout and with great patience and good humor. Later, when two issues arose, she made return visits (even on a Sunday) to see us through to a successful completion. Susan is a well-informed thorough professional and we recommend her highly.
