We have hired Esther more than once with no issues, this time though the lender made a mistake on their documents and we communicated that we would resend the lender package. The lender documents were resent and she printed the lender package from second email and only the return UPS from the first email. We are not sure what happened to the settlement statement or title docs but they were not signed. She then returned the package with half filled out notary sections. Never called or asked what was needed for the blank areas or asked about a settlement statement. When we reached out she did not apologize nor offer to make it right she just made excuses.
