Joseph D. Smith made this transaction run as smooth as it could possibly be. He notified me in advance that he would be coming out to process this transaction on my behalf. Then he called me again the morning that he was to arrive about an hour of his expected arrival time. He arrived at the time that he said he would arrive and I really appreciate a person being a man of his word.
He arrived, ring the door bell and stood back away from my door with his mask on which really make me even more comfortable with his presence. Upon coming in, he offered to remove his shoes which I informed him that it would not be necessary. He came into my dinner room and we proceeded to take care of the business at hand. He was very organized in his work which made the process run very smooth and pain free.
I would definitely recommend Mr. Smith for any notary business in the future and I will be tell any and all my friends about Mr. Joseph D. Smith business.

Outstanding service! I live in Evans, GA, my sister lives in McDonough, GA, and we have probate court business in Liberty County, GA that required 4 documents with signed with notary. To complete everything on our own would require at least 12 hours of travel. Joseph Smith cut our travel time by 50%, reduced gas charges by at least $60, and allowed us to get everything completed without having to take additional time off from work. After scheduling the service with Joseph, I has such peace of mind that the documents would be completed on time, I went to sleep!!! Took a 2.5 hour nap! :-) All documents are signed and ready...and... the business transaction for payment is simply as logging into your bank account and using Zell. Great service - trustworthy and dependable.

I cannot put into words the amazing work this man does and I can just tell you that if you need something handled Competently he is your BEST BET! He is very professional and has all the tools needed for anything and any type of notarization need. Joseph is prompt, courteous, and very resourceful. We used him to complete a home closing, my buyer lives in Florida and I had Joseph complete the closing for the co buyer who lives in Georgia.
