This notary was unprofessional, rushed through the signing and did not perform any of the notary stamps as we signed, stating she would stamp them later. 5 days later our lender calls stating docs are not showing up/no tracking available, resulting in rework of the docs and now another signing must be scheduled. Stacy Franks on 8/26/2022 5:05:21 PM Peggy confirmed a signing, and never showed up. Borrower was only able to get in touch with her from his wifes phone number. Very unprofessional.
