She is a really helpful and nice lady, I had a document had to be signed and send via FedEx and I had a short time to do so ( I noticed it at 3 PM. and FedEx was accepting to send overnight not later than 5 PM.), Terry contacted the local FedEx, found out when we have to mail them, dropped her personal job , drove to my place and after sign is complete since I had no time she took papers to FedEx and mailed them for me without I asking her. she helped me this matter going smoothly.
