Ann was professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Ann was very professional, on time and explained all the documents again before we signed. Due to the COVID issues she made sure when we scheduled the appt. we all wore masks and suggested we sign outside of the home (garage was a good alternative). It all went very well, safe and Ann made it very pleasant. We would definitely not only use her services again but also recommend her.

I contacted Ann for a job that unfortunately couldn't do together, because the document that I needed had to be written in Spanish and valid within Spain and according to this country's laws. However, Ann was incredibly nice, responsive and professional since the first moment I talked to her. She did the necessary research on her end to address our situation from every possible angle, and ultimately came up with the most honest answer she could give me, which was that I''d better look for help somewhere else. She even suggested what other law services I should contact to be able to get the service I need.
I wish we could have worked together.
Excellent treatment and customer service. Definetely recommended.

I hired Ann to handle a signing for me and she claims someone from my office canceled the appt. Clearly has scheduling issues, because neither my client or anyone from my office canceled with her. Even complained that she could have taken another job. I received a call one hour after the appt. was to have taken place to say that Ann had not shown up and not called our seller. Would not recommend scheduling an appt. with this notary if you want the job to get done.

Notary's responses:
At the time the appointment was scheduled, I was ready to go, but then my daughter needed emergency surgery so we spent 36 hours in the hospital and then she had to endure a second surgery just a few days later. In that time I truly did have an appointment cancel but clearly thought it was for the offended party. I seriously doubt that I complained about being able to take another job as I knew I could not work at all right then.

My priority was the health of my daughter but I also knew I had to cancel all scheduled appointments; I apologize for missing one. In my years as a notary and a mortgage broker, I can surely say that the only other time I missed an appointment without notifying the correct party was immediately after my husband died. Neither incident indicates that I am unprofessional, rather that I am human. I hope that any readers of the negative report will have compassion and understand that I am very dedicated to my work but in the moment of family tragedy I could not focus well on my notary work.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all.

Arrived right on time. Very friendly yet professional. Overall great service.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
