Mr. Wilkes was professional and efficient. He was also very accomodating, our document was signed and notarized within the same business day! He was flexible and available to meet us in a convenient public location. I highly recommend Mr. Wilkes for notary services.

From the moment I contacted Mr. Wilkes, he was professional and efficient. Our contract was signed and notarized within 48 hours, and had been received in my office (we are in NC) in 72. I highly recommend Mr. Wilkes for any notary work anyone might have.

I highly recommend Mr. Wilkes. I often need documents notarized on short notice and done with expertise as sometimes I am not sure what all I have to sign and have documented due to the ever increasing legalities involved in documents these days. Mr. Wilkes has this expertise to make the experience easy and less stressful. He is always prompt and at times has to come on short notice, which he is never late. He is friendly and he has very reasonable prices. I don't see any reason to use anyone else as he solves all my notary needs.

We called John and he was there in 10 minutes as our emergency notary. It was quick, easy, inexpensive and a bonus was his friendly disposition. We are forever grateful that John was so ready to help!

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job
Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.
Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review. |
