Mr Oconnor was very fast,efficient, and very flexible in meeting all my needs to getting my POA signed, notarized & delivered. I would definitely use him again.

I called Desmond and told him we needed a notary as soon as possible and as soon as I sent him the docs, he printed them and headed strait to my cousins home to get her docs notarized prior to her medical procedure the next morning! "Needed a last minute notarized photo ID for my son bc he''d forgotten his wallet back home in California and had no ID to catch his flight home. It worked. I called Mr. O''Connor to perform a notary service.This was a unique situation as we are in Arizona and the documents needed signatures in Alaska. Mr. O''Connor was incredibly attentive. He received the documents electronically, got them signed and notarized within about 2 hours and returned electronic copies. He sent the originals by 3 day mail-all at a very reasonable charge. I was able to pay very easily through a phone app request that he sends. His response and attention to detail is world class. I felt very comfortable using him to notarize and care for sensitive documents.

Contacted Desmond early on a Saturday morning to provide notary services to a family member who was vacationing in Anchorage. Desmond was very responsive, professional and went out of his way to accommodate us. He even hand delivered our papers to FedEx for shipping. I highly recommend him. The other notaries who offer 24 hour service never even responded to our requests for service. A big Thank You Desmond !!!
