CD&C Business & Legal Form Processing Services, LLC ("CD&C") is currently conducting a survey about notary signing agent's fees. The question is "Do you think notary signing agent's fees should be regulated?" They would appreciate your feedback via email at inbox@cdcnewsletter.com as to why you think NSA fees should or should not be regulated. They will post the result to their survey on their website and in their newsletter. Regulating signing agent fees could change the signing industry in a very positive or negative way, so this question is critical to all of our careers.
