Our hearts and prayers  go out to any of California notaries who were affected by the numerous fires throughout California. One notary in Riverside reported that the fires were very close to her home. She was really afraid to leave the house to do a scheduled signing last week for fear that she may not be able  to get back to get some of her belongings out of her home should her neighborhood start burning. Thankfully, the fire department was able to get a handle on that fire. Needless to say she was relieved and grateful. Reports of other notaries are starting to come in and we will keep you posted.
