Prior to any appointment I familiarize myself with any special instructions and look over all the documents. Before I leave the signing table I carefully review every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete. I triple check important documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel, Deed of Trust, Note, and 1003. I also make sure that all forms are filled out including the PCOR and Statement of Information. While I am positive I will complete all signing accurately, if there is ever a mistake I will fix it ASAP. I also drop documents the same day if possible.
