Late night fees
It is proper to charge incrementally more for each hour after 8pm. Its hard to find a notary late at night, and it interferes with your sleep schedule, so charge more. Here is a sample night price schedule:
7pm $40

Adjust the pricing to meet your sleep schedule. I'm not a morning person, so I also charge more for early morning.
