Improper foreign language advertising... especially containing the word, notario publico.
If you advertise in a language other than English, DON'T use the foreign langugage's term for a notary public in the advertising. Notaries in other countries have special powers that American notaries don't have. To avoid confusion, its illegal to use a foreign term for a notary public. Use the English term in the foreign language.
Especially don't use the words notario publico as this is specifically permitted in most if not all states.
