Wills
(1) Only notarize a Will if given instructions in writing by an attorney
(2) No harm is done notarizing a Will, but no good is probably done either as it doesn't make the Will legitimate.
(3) Wills normally need to have two or more witnesses who sign the will.
(4) Notarizing the witnesses is a great idea if you can get paid for it.
(5) You can also witness a Will in your capacity as a civilian.
