Tracking your calls? Which advertising source are the calls coming from?
If you are someone who "thinks" that they got a few calls from a particular yellow pages, or internet site, you are not in a position to allocate funds to invest in your advertising budget. Don't think ...... know!!! Keep a journal where you write down where your calls come from. When a new client or potential client calls you, ask them how they found you. They could have found you by word of mouth from a friend, co-worker, online, or in a yellow page ad. Always ask, and then write the answer down in your journal. Keep some 3x5 cards in your car so you can write down where people found you while driving. Please pull over before starting to write so you will be alive when you analyze your results.
