Tracking.
Always write down the tracking # of your outgoing package. Leave that number in a phone message to the signing company. Speak slowly and clearly and ennunciate. Restate letters as words too. If the number is P123U, say, "The tracking # is P - as in Paul - 1-2-3, U as in Ursula.". then repeat it again slowly, but not too slowly.
