Answer the phone professionally.
Do you say, "Hello" when you answer the phone? Thats rude. You're being very very rude. How dare you be so rude? Instead, say, "Joe's mobile notary, Joe speaking". That way, the caller knows who you are, and what your company's name is, so that they know they called the right number.
