Keep fedex and ups envelopes in your trunk and blank slips. You might have to use them and the signing company will be pleased with you for carrying them. Use the account number of the signing company before you send them. You should know all of the staffed Fedex / UPS stations in your area so you can get documents returned fast. Many have their last pickup at 5:30, or 6pm, but some pickup later, and you need to know what station has last call when so that your documents get on the truck to the airport in time.
