Dear Mary: Connie and I wanted you to know (and you can pass this on to your evaluation web site) that we were both VERY happy with your services relative to our Reverse Mortgage signing yesterday. In addition we gained a new friend who happened to be born and bred in Illinois AND
who lived at the bottom of the State of Illinois where our Lt. Col. son and his family once lived(Herrin IL.) We wish you and your family much happiness and success. Jerry and Connie Lambert. (sent from we've placed your business card in a safe
place and should the occasion arise for a notary, rest assured, we'll call you!

Mary was very professional in explaining all the documentation as we went along in the signing of my new mortgage. She helped me to understand what I was signing and why. She behaved in a businesslike manner and was a very sweet lady. I would recommend Mary to anyone who might need notary services.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
