Stopping by to leave a comment on the outstanding Notary job that Floyd did for me yesterday. His performance was outstanding!!! I needed someone at the last minute to come to my office, and notary docs. When I called him, he was professional, and assuring that he could provide what I needed. He was on time, and patient while carrying out his assignment. I really appreciate him. Floyd provided EXCELLENT notary service...

Notary specialist did an excellent!!!! Job. I used Floyd''s Notary services for a power of attorney document. When speaking with him, he was extremely professional, and arrived on time. He answered questions that I had. He assure that my document were signed, and stamped. It was really pleasant, inregard to his work ethics.

On date 12/5, I called Floyd, and inquired about his notary services. The conversation with him was very ensuring. Concluding the call, he assured that he had received a place for the signing, time, type of docs to be notarized, and he had given his fee. When Floyd arrived to my home, it was prompt. He showed his ID, and asked to see mine. Floyd was patient as I read docs, and signed them. He also double checked his signing work, to assure that he had notarized every page. I just wanted to share my positive experience. Nice job Floyd!!

Mr Tillis did a power of attorney signing for me on 11/15/2016. The signing was for 3pm. My Tillis arrived on time, and explained my documentation as I signed. He was polite, and patient. Overall, I rate his performance a 10, or gold star.

I spoke to Floyd on the phone Friday, May 20th & he accepted a closing for Wednesday. May 25th in Chicago. I told him our fee & he asked for $10 more, I gladly agreed to it with no problem & sent him a confirmation with the fee he asked for. I sent him the docs a full 24 hours prior to the closing & he confirmed receipt of the docs via email so I assumed we were all set for our 4:30 closing on May 25th. The borrower called to say Floyd didn''t show up & didn't call to say he''d be late or not coming. The borrower called Floyd as did I, he hung up on both of us without so much as a word spoken. I have left him a voicemail as well as two emails with no response. Floyd is beyond unprofessional & untrustworthy.

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
