I contacted Lydia Stambuk on relatively short notice to have a couple of documents notarized. She was very professional. I would not hesitate to use her again!

A friend was in town visiting when her father suffered a medical emergency. When she needed some papers notarized I took her to Lydia. Lydia was efficient, kind, and sensitive to the situation which put my friend at ease in a difficult time. I would definitely recommend Lydia for your notary needs.

Lydia did a last minute notary for us when we were in a bind one evening. She came right over, took care of our document, and was very accomodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend her services.

Lydia did a full day's worth of notary work for our company and did a great job. She arrived early, looked and carried herself as a professional, and did all that was asked from her. I would highly recommend her as a notary!

I had a notary urgency and I called Lydia and was pleasantly surprised how fast she got here. Lydia was professional, accurate, and friendly as well, and got my notary done in no time. I will definitely be calling her in the future for my other notary needs.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
