Hired Mr. McClain for a closing and at the last minute our client changed the date. This is the response Mr. McClain gave our office via telephone and email: From:

Would never hire again. Things like this happen in the industry and a notary should be able to professionally adapt to last minute changes. Very dissappointed

I hired Mr. Brandon McClain to do a job for me this week. He delivered on his promise and got the job done within the given time frame. I highly recommend Brandon for any notary service.

Brandon McClain has closed about ten files for me since October 2011, when I found him here on 123. He has asked all the right questions, followed through on contacts and reportds, and worked thru several 'glitches' with professionalism and patience- all to a good result. He is thorough, attentive to detail, and never resorts to drama when things don't go perfectly. His attitude is consistently one of eager teachability, courtly manners, 'can do' spirit, and gratefulness for the job.

He has, to date, always said 'yes', even when he had to move some things around to accommodate my orders, and hasn't complained or asked for add'l fees to travel 5 miles out of his primary coverage area or fax back funding docs, for example. I call him first for anything that I think he will cover for me, whether it's a file that might be difficult or an easy cash purchase that he can knock out in 20 minutes. A valuable new member of my national team and a good candidate for Team Leader for his area within the next year or so, if the pattern persists.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
