Robert was a NO SHOW! No communication with us at all, other than a lie that he would be here.

This man came to our home to do an emergency power of attorney for us...he was late, badly put together, and STINKY! He was not as professional as I would think someone in his capacity would be...this man NEEDS a SHOWER and a TOOTHBRUSH. Our home smelled like his rear end...therefore, won't be calling him, ever again!!!!

Robert was asked to provide mobile notary services for a complicated series of business transactions between my business in Illinois and several of my clients located in China. As part of this process, Robert was required to get some of the documents "apostilled", which involves additional coordination and initiative on his part, including a personal trip to the Illinois Secretary of State's office in Springfield to ensure compliance with getting documents apostilled. All I can tell you is that I've worked with Robert on at lease 5 separate signings, and he was more than satisfactory in all aspects every time. He was always on time, was very professional yet personable, and was extremely polite to me, my clients, and all members of my household while performing his important mobile notary duties for my business needs. I will be hiring Robert again and again for all of my future notary needs, and would recommend him to anyone seeking a professional service that can be relied upon.

Robert accepted an assignment on 5/25 @ 11:41am with specific instructions to please call the borrower that day to confirm a time to sign the following day. Robert didn't call the borrowers until after 10am the following day (5/26), at which time the borrower had tired of waiting around for a phone call and had left for work, which was an hour away. When asked why he didn't call the borrower to confirm a time the day he rec'd the assignment, Robert used the excuse that he was too busy to call that day. Docs were date sensitive to be signed 5/26, so I had to scramble to find another notary and try and repair our relationship with one of our most loyal Title Companies. Bad communication and poor excuses.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
