Performed my closing today. We did not get the documents out until a couple of hours before closing and everything was signed and notarized in a timely manner. We appreciate you being able to do this rush closing for us.

Jeannie has helped us on several transactions and is my "go to notary" for everyone in her area! The customers that she has met with have all been very satisfied with her service. Documents are received back to our office in a timely manner as well by scan and returns the originals via the pre-paid labels that we provide right away as well.

Jeannie was a blessing! She came to my house when I was in desperate need of a notary. I was unable too attend a hearing date, due to illness. She did arrive early for the phone conference and had to wait for it to begin. Jeannie is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone who is need of a very reliable and pleasant notary!

We first contacted Jeannie when we were making a last minute attempt to salvage a botched closing. She arrived soon after we called and although the closing could not be salvaged, she explained how it could have been handled and offered her assistance. We took her advice and several days later, with her help and intervention, we had a successful closing. Throughout the entire process, we were impressed with her knowledge, integrity, empathy and perseverance. The amount that she charged was very reasonable and less than we expected. We would not hesitate to use her services again and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Jeannie arrived 10 minutes early. She was vibrating from freshness and confidence when she walked to the door and introduced herself. While she was preparing the documents for closing her friendly character and people centered conversations with us broke the already melting ice. During the closing process she explained each document, kept everything very organized, and precise. If we had any question she patiently stopped and prepared with meticulous explanation on the subject. She has a well maintained knowledge and an amazing memory too! Thank you Jeannie!

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
