Rose was a pleasure to work with. When I reached out to her initially to schedule she picked up right away. Was there early and very professional. With her help my family was able to get some important documents - last will and testament, trust formation, etc. squared away :)

Rose was totally professional through the entire process. From my first phone call till she arrived at our place. She came at 7 PM on a Sunday and helped us out. I highly recommend her.

This is the second time I have called Rose to notarize documents for my disabled wife. She is professional and courteous. She made herself available on short notice which is really appreciated. My wife and I will call Rose Moussa when we need to have other documents notarized. Thank you.

Practiced, proficient, precise and professional. These are the attributes that describe Rose. From our initial telephone conversation up to the completion of the notarizations of my documents, she made the process simple and easy. I highly recommend Rose, and I will definitely call her for my future notary needs.

I was very happy with Rose as a moblie notary. The service is perfect. When the need arises, I will definitely call her again.

This women notarized a document with my forged signature. I was not present for this signing. Tried suing her for her bind but was turned down because she got someone else to notarized another forged document. She should never notarized another document. You can ask the governors offices for the public documents that go alone with my case.

Notary's responses:
Approximately 3 years after this woman appeared before me and two other people to have her signature notarized on a document, she filed a complaint against me. The Office of the Governor, Notary Section completed its review of the complaint and the result was that my Notary Commission was renewed for another four year period.

We appreciated that Rose is available for last minute closings, she did an excellent job especially because of the short notice. She was very thorough with her questions and with our borrower.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
