Great service! Was on business trip & needed mobile notary. She was very professional and took time to go over the real estate closing papers with me before notarizing for me. Took papers to airport FedEx for me. Definitely recommend her!

I needed urgent real estate financial documents notarized while in a medical center in Chicago. Wendy came, review each page meticulously and indicated where I should sign. She the notarized my signatures and kindly dropped of the documents at FedEx for me at no extra charge. She is knowledgeable, meticulous and thoroughly professional in every way. I recommend her very highly.

Wendy notarized a couple documents for my family while my mother was in the hospital. Wendy drove out to the hospital on short notice and was accessible via phone or fax the couple hours we were working together. Wendy was professional and efficient.

Wendy to the rescue! I needed to have a title notarized at 9:30 PM for a vehicle sale. Wendy was very courteous and friendly and was able to meet me at the last minute to complete the transaction. Her fee was very reasonable and she was very professional. I highly recommend Wendy for any notary service.

Windy is very considerate ,and professional for your needs. She will make it as quick as possible. Very reliable for my work in order for it to be processed or to go in order, if it wasn't for her a lot would have been damaged. I want to thank God for her being able to fly my way to make it possible ; I swear Wendy's got wings♡♡♡

I am in Southern California and needed to find a notary in the Chicago area. The clients lender had told her that they had a notary they could call that would meet her anywhere and they could sign the loan documents in his car. As a notary myself, I would never allow that. I stumbled across this website and am so grateful I did. Wendy was wonderful to work with, always answered her phone, got the loan docs signed with our borrower and into FedEx to me in less than twenty-four hours. The client couldn't tell me enough good things about her - Wendy is professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and takes pride in her work. I am so glad that I did not allow the lender to set things up as Wendy is far superior. I will definitely keep her on my list of out of area notaries!

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
