Joe was not only extremely professional, but was available at the drop of a hat. He waited for us to meet up with him, no matter the inconvenience. Perfectly priced and communicative! Then, he even followed up with us the next day to ensure we got everything taken care of. EXCELLENT service! I will use him in the future!!! 500 stars for Joe!

Joe Ewing is a reliable notary. He goes the extra step to get the job done. He even took my calls and promptly responded to my emails, while on vacation. his dedication is reflective in his service.

I needed some U.S. documents to open a business in Ecuador. Regulations there required that those documents be "apostilled"; a process similar to notarization for documents to be used with foreign governments. Inquiries on the web turned up such services being offered for as much as $225 per document. Fortunately by sheer coincidence I saw Joe's web site and called him. He took time to explain that I could get the same service from my (Colorado)secretary of state for a very modest fee and even invited me to download a required cover sheet from his web site. Although he received not a nickel from me, he was not only very helpful, but proved to know exactly what he was talking about. Use this guy. He is exceptional!!

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
