Miren Alvarez, California Notary Public
1171 Munich Street San Francisco, CA 94112
This is my second time I was doing my Re-fi and the I would said Miren makes the big differences: First she is highly organize and able to make the daunting task of signing the mountains of papers over a 3 ft coffee table in a tiny Starbucks easy and simple. She is extremely friendly and courteous as well.
I would said the biggest different she brought is her knowledge about the process of mortgage. She understand and explain the terms clearly. She pre-read all forms and give very easy to understand explanation. This not just saving time for me but also relief me from my nervous on those unfamiliar terms.
I would highly recommend her as your next notary and I will select her as my choice of notary going forward.

Miren was an excellent notary for our transaction. We can easily tell that she cared and provided her service above and beyond. Being in the service industry myself, I can tell when someone is genuine, caring, and professional.
We were very lucky to have her and we learned a lot too.

Miren was excellent. She came with Loan documents and made sure we understood everything we are signing. We felt we got more than a notary!

Miren was a wonderful notary. I needed a notary in a hurry as I was on my way to the airport. She was not only friendly and courteous, she was understanding about my time crunch. I will use Miren the next time! She will be my official personal notary!

Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
