I coordinated with Gary to go to my apartment building to notarize a document to be signed by one of my tenants. When he couldn't get in touch with the tenant, he didn't contact me to try and resolve the situation. Also he told me on the phone that he "doesn't do steps". He should have called me to try and resolve the situation of not being able to connect with the tenant. And if he was unwilling to climb a flight of stairs he should've said so in the first place before taking the job. I don't recommend using his service.

Notary's responses:
99% of my work comes from Attorneys, Signing Agents, Title Companies and Escrow Services.
These clients use services like 123Notary to find local service providers like me.
Occasionally I get calls from civilians because of my listing here on 123Notary which I try to accommodate if the signing is local and it's convenient for me.
I took this assignment because it was local and convenient.
I tried calling the number provided but it would not accept incoming calls.
I tried texting the number provided but it would not accept my text.
I decided not to go.
I was wrong.
I should have gone to the appointment.
I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I had a passport consent form that needed to be notarized. Mr Sund proceeded to badger me asking if I was a citizen. I explained it was a consent form for a minor when both parents are unable to go to the post office and apply for the passport together (out of state). Even though we are born citizens, with plenty of proof, he refused service. It is a very simple document to only needing notarizing to prove the identity of the signer like any other form. Mr sund chose to not perform his duty and instead engage in discrimination.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
