Ms. Burke is extremely professional and went over the top to help us at the hospital with my brother's Will and POA. He is very sick but felt comfortable with her kind manner and helpful attitude. I highly recommend her.

I have worked with Shari on several closings and found her to be detail-oriented and very personable. She responds promptly to requests and updated our signing agency all along the way. I would highly recommend Shari for any notary needs and for any mortgage signings that you may have.

I would never hire this notary under any circumstances. She ruined our reputation with a client and they will never use us again. Instead of sending over correct document she sent a confirmation. Then the next day she scanned over the incompleted document. Her response to us losing a client was "Oh well its nothing we can do about it". Horrible

Notary's responses:
I am sorry she felt the need to do this. This was a Friday night, last minute document. I left my dinner table to help her out. I did send her the original document order she sent to me instead of the document I had notarized due to some computer problems I was having. I sent this to her at dinner time and if she had ever opened it to check at that time she received it to be sure that she had the right information, she could have let me know I sent the wrong page and I could have easily corrected this, but she contacted me about 11 in the evening to let me know this, and I was asleep. In the morning when I saw this, I quickly scanned and sent her the notarized and signed sheet as many people don't want all of the pages repeated since they have that, and they just want the signed page. Again, she did not open this and sent it over to a client, who wanted the full document in one email. I think there was fault on both our parts, but she has to own that she also had a part in this because she did not check the documents I sent. I told her I was sorry this had happened, but she never actually talked with me till the damage was done and there was nothing either of us could do at that point but to move forward. I find it interesting that she sent this complaint when I just sent her a request for remittance today on a bill that is overdue from another job I had done for her. I had a problem collecting from her before, running almost 6 weeks. Again, thanks for the opportunity to respond. I hope this isn't too long.

Positive reviews
Please feel free to give any of our notaries a positive review at any time if they did a good job

Neutral reviews
If a notary got the job done but made a small mistake, that counts as a neutral review. Please politely say it like it is.

Negative reviews
123notary.com protects all of its notaries from slander and unfair reviews since a bad review could effect their business.. If you had a bad experience with a notary, please express all pertinent facts clearly and politely in writing giving a clear description as to who all the parties are to the transaction; and what the notary did wrong. Our staff will do a two stage screening process for all negative reviews before posting. Step one - if there is any doubt about the review, we would contact the writer of the negative review by email, phone, or both, to make absolutely sure that the negative information is really true. Step two is to also give the notary a chance to write a rebuttle before deciding whether or not to post a negative review.
