Notary Notes:

I have been a signing agent since 2001. These include purchases, refinances, out-of-state properties also first and second parts to two-part signings. Florida is a two witness state for mortgages and I can bring my own witness to the signings. I do travel. I can expand my travel area as needed and the fee allows. I work from home and set my own schedule. This allows me to accommodate most any signing appointment.

Saundra Lambert is a commissioned Florida notary public and may notarize documents in any county of Florida . It is not permitted to use a Florida notary public seal for mobile notary services outside of the State of Florida . However, if you find a notary or mobile notary that has a dual notary public commission in a neighboring state, then it would be legal for the notary public to use the commission for the corresponding state. Thank you for using 123notary.com as your source for finding mobile notaries.
