Professional full time Mobile Notary Signing Agent (since 2004) serving York County as well as parts of Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin and Lancaster Counties. Experience includes all types of loan closings such as standard refinances, second mortgages, piggy back loans, home equity lines of credit, and reverse mortgages.

I have been a notary public since 2004 and became an e-notary in 2021. I have experience with both RON and IPEN closings, doing on average several a week.

My office is equipped with cable internet, high speed dual tray HP laser jet printer for the convenience of e-docs, fax machine and the ability to copy, scan and send documents in a PDF format. Same day appointments and last minute rush closings are not a problem. I have excellent communication skills, attention to details, am always courteous and kind, and the ability to make the borrowers comfortable with the transaction at hand.
