I can print documents at my home office through my dual tray printer and I can provide scan backs for situations where timing is crucial.

I provide notary service in San Diego County, CA. I am available to schedule appointments any day and at any time of the day to accommodate the clients' schedules.

I take pride in making sure signers fill in all the blank forms, and all signatures are as typed on the signature line. I have learned all the common mistakes made by notaries, such as missing signatures on the first page of 1003, or the signature in the middle of the second page of the VA loan. I make sure everything is correct before I leave the signing table. I also double-check before dropping off the signed documents. On rare occasions when I miss something, I have typically established a great rapport with signers which makes corrections expedient, because they are willing to make concessions in their schedule to accommodate me.
