I have completed my Notary Signing Agent certification with NNA. I am detail oriented and make sure all documents are completed in full and correct. I have finished over 734 signings throughout Washington, Warren, Saratoga, Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Montgomery, Essex, Clinton, Hamilton, and Fulton counties.

I have experience doing refinances, CEMA refinances, real estate purchases and sales, auto loans, auto refinances, debt settlements, sale of structured settlements, REO closings, HELOC signings, reverse mortgages, and loan modifications.

My hours are M - F 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; however, I may be available on some Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to Noon.

I have a Bizhub standup printer, which allows me to scan, print, and copy with dual trays.

My fee is based on the size of the documents and the distance required to travel. I will travel within a 2-hour radius from my home one way.
