My experience with V.A., F.H.A., Conventional, and H.E.L.O.C. purchase and refinance transactions/loans is extensive. I am also happy to work with deed signings, buyer's side/seller's side only transactions, as well as any other transaction not involving financing documents.

I communicate quickly, and often when necessary, to ensure the is no confusion at the closing table and that the last experience borrowers have in the process is the most positive possible.
