I have been a full-time guidance counselor for the past 30 years at the same institution. I am organized, professional in my appearance and work ethic, interact well with people, am comfortable working independently and within limited time frames. I have continued to be very active in developing my career as a loan signing agent. I have performed many signing assignments. I know that there are many loan signing agents but I truly understand confidentiality and client rights. I reviewed many job opportunities and realized that the expertise and tools I use in my present career closely match those required for an effective and competent loan signing agent.
