Notary since 1984; I have conducted well over 1800 loan signings as well as other general notary work; I am experienced with first & second mortgages, reverse mortgages purchase mortgages, VA loans, modification loans, I9s, and other general notary signings. I accept fax, electronic, or overnight documents. I double check documents for accuracy, and I am punctual. My schedule is flexible which allows me to accommodate most signings, whether day or night. I am a member of the National Notary Association, a Notary Signing Agent and also an Ambassador for the NNA. The National Notary Association requires all signing agent members to undergo an extensive background screening. Accordingly, I am background screened on an annual basis by the NNA. I also have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies. Please note that all parties must be physically present for notarization.
