I have been a Notary since 2005 and have closed over 7000 signings. I have experience with refinances, purchases, equity lines of credit, commercial properties, loan modifications, sellers packages, and disclosures. I used to be a Restaurant Manager because I loved greeting and meeting people, then we had to move and I couldn't work those hours anymore, so I decided to become a Notary which is great because in this Industry I get to meet all kinds of people from all over the world. I enjoy this job very much. I am on time and I don't like to rush the borrowers. I will correct any errors without questions and no additional charge. Also when I make copies for the borrowers I give it to them in a legal manila envelope so it is professional. In my area, the last pick up for UPS and FedEx is five pm and on Saturdays, FedEx is four pm and UPS is noon. Also, I never drop packages at boxes, I go directly to FedEx and UPS. I do accept overnight documents too. If you need someone last minute I will be there for you. Also, I like wearing a business suit, it is more professional. I work in the Santa Clarita Valley, which includes Saugus, Valencia, Newhall, Canyon Country, Stevenson Ranch, and Castaic. I work for many companies including First American, Mortgage Connect, Amrock, Servicelink, and many more. I have been signing hybrids lately so I have experience with Clear Sign and Pavasso platforms. I also have an iPad with my own hotspot.
